There are a number of support services that are there to help you 24 hours a day, every day. Please find their details below.

Suicide Call Back Service

The Suicide Call Back Service have counsellors available 24 hours a day, every day. They offer both telephone and online counselling and support to; people who are feeling suicidal or at risk of harm, people who are caring for someone who is suicidal and people who have lost someone to suicide. As well as providing immediate telephone counselling and support for those in crisis, they can also offer an additional six telephone counselling sessions with the same counsellor.
